A complete and unified leadership framework for R4 & key roles.

🔱 1. Core Leadership Principles

1. R4 Is a Management Role, Not a Rank

R4 is not a “level.” It is a management position with responsibilities.
VS points, power, or personal performance do not determine R4 status.
Every R4 member must have a clear, essential duty.

2. We Must Clearly Communicate Our Promises to Players

Our primary ambition is Top10, but our real target is Top3 rewards.
This requires a highly active leadership team.

Players must understand:

  • This is a war game.
  • Weekly VS events give good rewards, but the main goal is Season 4.
  • VS is secondary to alliance progress.

3. Alliance Website – nera-alliance.xyz

R4 must:

  • Share useful information on the site
  • Direct players to the website for answers
  • Keep it updated and organized
This creates a self-sustaining information hub.

4. Assigning Multiple R4s to VS Tracking

Having more than one R4 monitor VS ensures accurate and reliable tracking.
Our VS strategy should be psychological, not chaotic:

  • Don’t overspend resources at once
  • Maintain a controlled 100–200M point gap
  • Contribute strategically, not impulsively

This is how we win difficult matchups efficiently.

5. Discipline Management

No arguments should occur in AC.

If someone complains, R4 must respond with:
“I understand what you mean. I’ll discuss it with the other R4 members and get back to you in DM.”

After that:

  • Move the issue to R4 chat
  • Discuss privately
  • Provide the final answer through DM, never publicly

This keeps AC clean, calm, and safe.

6. R4s Must Participate in Chat When Online

Whenever an R4 is online, they must be present in AC.
Players don’t log in just to watch timers — they want interaction and energy.
Leadership must set the tone.

7. Preventing Members From Feeling Unimportant

If we follow all these guidelines, players will no longer feel ignored or undervalued.
But this requires serious dedication from the leadership team.

Leadership is like driving a car during a road trip:
While others enjoy the scenery, the driver works the hardest.
If you want to lead, you must accept the extra responsibility.

🛡️ 2. Leadership Culture & Communication Rules

  • AC must always be alive and multilingual
  • R4 members start conversations and tag people
  • R4 must never show frustration or argue publicly
  • All complaints = moved to DM
  • Every R4 monitors the person “below” them in the hierarchy
  • Activity and responsibility > power or VS contribution

⚔️ 3. Individual R4 & Key Role Assignments
