This is the building for crafting gear

The only gear that counts is the yellow one

If you have any gear of different colors . Dismantle it and use the material to make ceramics to create more yellow gear

This is an attack hero and these his priority gear the gun priority to chip

This is defense hero , radar is priority to armor

Your power is determined by
Gear > Tech > Drone > Decoration
Gear is a major contributor to the power of your squad, there is a right order of upgrade to get the optimal mixture for max power as you move along
While you are saving for t10 doesn’t mean ignoring your gear altogether , having t10 troops will not make you stronger if you don’t have the right gear . There should be balance between pushing important gear and pushing t10 tech
A common mistake is upgrading all gear on all heros to level 40 . You might think you have lots of ores and lots of blue prints now , but once you are done with your t10 , you will be burning through those very fast. So you need to allocate them wisely . Having very strong gun on your attack heroes while your defense hero gear is weak will grant you a loss in battle , as our aim it keep our strongest attack hero alive as long as possible , that is we concentrate on attack gear ( Gun> chip ) for the attack hero’s and defense gear ( radar > armor ) in defense heroes
Each type of squad ( air / tank / missiles ) have an order of hero power . We want to upgrade stars and gear and skills on these heroes based on their order of power . I’m very posted in my moment the general rule for gear upgrade order and hero power orders for all types of squads .
Your defense hero doesn’t need a level 40 gun when they don’t have enough bubbles / stars on their radar yet . Their job is to defend not to attack .
You can dismantle the wrongly upgraded gear when you have backup golden gear , and reallocate the ores to the correct gear . You will get your RSS back , except for the gold you spent
